Introducing LILYS Classes:
(Laura's Intermediate Lessons for Young Swimmers)
Miss Glendy
is very excited to introduce Mrs. Laura Pruitt's LILYS Classes. Laura
is Miss Glendy's daughter and she is very excited about working with her
this summer. Laura is a Graduate of University of Redlands and is a
1st Grade teacher in Katy ISD. She has also been a competitive swim
coach for both TEAM YES in Cy-Fair and various Summer League teams in
NWAL. She swam competitively for Humble High School as well as
University of Redlands in California. Laura has been working as a
teacher for over 10 years now and has taught in both Cy-Fair and Humble
ISD before moving to Katy, TX.
Laura's
Intermediate Lessons for Young Swimmers or LILYS are for children ages
5-12 years old who have completed swim lessons within the last 12 months
who are looking to expound upon their current skills and move on to
that next level of Swimming. She offers Booster Lessons for those who just need to brush up on their skills from their previous lessons, Intermediate Lessons designed to take you new swimmer from being safe in the water to exploring new skills to build their confidence, and Introduction to Competitive Stroke Lessons for those advanced swimmers who are interested in joining your local Summer League or even USA Swimming Club Team.
Classes
require a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee, and classes are
$300.00 for five consecutive days, or $100.00/day. Once all
registration paperwork and fees have been received you will be given
access to Mrs. Laura's sign-up page so that you can schedule your LILYS
Classes.
